1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Then, go to Settings >> Permissions
   




3. Choose 'Add Authors'
   
   


4. Fill in my email address -- i.izah@yahoo.com and click 'Invite'
5. I will receive an invitation email from you. Wait
6. After I've accepted the invitation, Refresh your Dashboard
   
7. Now, you must give editing permission to me. At this stage, I can only edit your posts not your template
8. Click 'grant admin privileges' next to 'author'
   
   


9. I can access your template now. The final setting should be like this
